You will oversee three departments, each led by a team leader, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions.

Your Role
Lead and develop teams across three departments, fostering collaboration and driving performance.
Define and execute the global web strategy, aligning technology with business goals.
Act as the key stakeholder manager, ensuring priorities are aligned across multiple regions.
Oversee platform development and operations, ensuring security, compliance, and innovation.
Manage budgets, vendors, and project roadmaps, delivering high-quality digital solutions on time.
Champion people and process improvement, ensuring teams have the resources and leadership they need to succeed.

What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading global web platforms or digital ecosystems.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills – ability to unite and align teams.
Deep understanding of modern web technologies and architectures (headless/headful CMS, integrations).
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.
Excellent communication and people management skills – mentor teams and drive collaboration.

Nice to Have:
Experience managing external development and support partners.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and digital transformation.
