Provide timely updates and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
Collaborate with and escalate issues to relevant departments while acting as an advocate for the customer.
Document all transactions in the CRM system and create content for knowledge base resources.
Požadujeme
This role is responsible for delivering low to medium-level technical support to the company's customers. You will be the first point of contact for ongoing customer support related to products, processes, and solution applications.
Basic technical background, basic SQL understanding is an advantage.
Fluency in English to collaborate with international colleagues.
Advanced/proficient level of one of the following languages: German, Spanish, Italian is an advantage.
Strong customer focus, problem-solving skills, and adaptability.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
