Are you passionate about the automotive industry and ready to take on a dynamic role? We are looking for a skilled professional to manage customer data, ensure GDPR compliance, and develop and implement CRM and other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Manage Customer Data:

• Oversee GDPR consent and manage GDPR SAR cases
• Respond to data requests and provide analysis and reporting

→ Develop and Implement Systems:

• Manage and develop dealer CRM systems
• Implement and develop programs (e.g., eVHC)
• Implement and develop DMS strategy and data connections
• Implement, develop, or enhance systems like CDB, CRM and DMS

→ Handle Customer Cases:

• Address customer related cases

→ Advise on Operational Challenges:

• Advise management on operational difficulties and develop alternative plans
• Identify and communicate the need for new or amended procedures
• Ensure ongoing operational efficiency in line with organizational and market needs

→ Plan and Report on Projects
→ Create and Implement Marketing Strategies

Must-Have:

• Business or engineering university degree
• Experience in budget planning, pricing, and dealer support
• Experience in the automotive industry
• Good communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience in digital platform development or implementation
• TQM analysis capability (Continuous Improvement - Kaizen)
• Proven analytical skills
• High level of MS Office skills (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
• Proficiency in specialized software (Business Objects/other database handling)
• Basic marketing experience
• Proficiency in social media utilization for customer communication
