Develop and implement payment solutions for clients while maintaining strong relationships.
Analyze and improve credit management controls and procedures.
Optimize collection strategies and resolve escalated issues efficiently.
Utilize process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) to enhance efficiency.
Collaborate with key stakeholders and ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs.
Požadujeme
Experience in Collection tasks or related fields (outbound sales, contact center, etc.).
Experience in credit control, collections, or finance-related processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Proficiency in English (minimum CEFR B1 or equivalent).
Familiarity with process improvement tools and methodologies.
Ongoing or completed certifications in DGEM Tech technologies.
