Preparing accommodation cash calls and coordinating TAP for accommodation allowances
Reviewing cost sheets and supporting documentation
Communicating with employees regarding accommodation costs and compensation
Monitoring security deposit returns and deductions
Maintaining the accommodation master file and managing children's education prepaid cards in SAP
Participating in local audits and supporting bank transaction accounting in SAP
Preparing payroll cash calls and overseeing cash balance controls
Coordinating with banks across various jurisdictions (Russia, UAE, Uzbekistan)
Contributing to projects and process improvements within the company
Handling ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by management
Požadujeme
2+ years of experience in payroll accounting
Strong understanding of payroll, HR management, and related labor legislation
Accounting education or proven knowledge in the field
Proficiency in SAP HR, SAP R3, and MS Excel
Familiarity with online banking systems and payroll software
Fluency in both English and Russian
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Cross-cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse teams
Problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to tasks
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Proactive and able to make decisions within the scope of the role
