FP&A Senior Analyst Praha

Assist the FP&A Manager in performing annual budget reviews and rolling forecast analyses.
Develop and manage monthly group reporting processes, including preparing management reporting packs.
Deliver insightful analysis and commentaries, supported by robust data analysis.
Enhance cashflow and profitability analysis, along with monthly KPI reporting.
Provide ad-hoc financial analysis for the FP&A Manager and Finance General Director.
Manage and optimize the MIS system, addressing IFRS implementation challenges, collaborating with the supplier, and coordinating with other departments.

We are looking for a FP&A Senior Analyst to play an important role in providing financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis that drives strategic planning and decision-making across the investment group. Operating as the regional hub for one of the largest state-owned conglomerates, the company focuses on investment, trade, financial services, and other strategic operations, promoting cross-border partnerships and fostering economic growth between Europe and China.

A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
5+ years of proven experience in finance or audit roles.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with MIS systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in Czech and English (written and spoken).
A proactive mindset, team-oriented spirit, and positive attitude.
