Communicating in Spanish, Czech and English with clients who have high demands for quality service
Providing sales advice and support when clients want to purchase the company's product

Processing orders in the company system
Handling service requests

Požadujeme

Customer service experience from an international company
Highly advanced knowledge of Spanish, Czech and English (daily professional communication in written and verbal)
MS Office
Client orientation and excellent communication skills
Responsibility, result orientation, diligence
SAP or Navision is an advantage
