Team Manager with Italian
Are you a natural leader with a passion for building high-performing teams and fostering collaboration? We are looking for a Payroll Team Manager who can effectively lead a team of 12-15 payroll specialists while ensuring seamless client communication and exceptional service delivery. If you excel at team leadership and client relationship management, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do:
Team Leadership:
  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 12-15 payroll specialists to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Define business priorities, organize tasks, and foster a positive team environment.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities for team members, ensuring their growth and alignment with goals.
Client Communication:
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing expectations and addressing any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure that payroll processing aligns with client requirements and SLAs, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions that meet client and organizational needs.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee payroll operations to ensure timely and accurate processing.
  • Monitor KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement actions to enhance performance.
  • Balance team workload and manage capacity effectively to meet deadlines and client demands.

What You’ll Bring:
Experience:
  • Proven experience managing teams (10+ people), with a focus on team development and productivity.
  • Previous experience in client-facing roles, with the ability to manage external relationships professionally and effectively.
Skills:
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and develop a high-performing team.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both internally and externally.
Languages:
  • Fluent in English and Italian (mandatory).
