We are currently looking for a Lean expert to implement and enhance Lean standards across various production plants in Europe. Our client is a global leader in production of cable solutions, continuously innovating and optimizing its manufacturing processes. ✔ Implement and oversee Lean standards in various plants across Europe
✔ Identify and execute improvement initiatives for manufacturing and support processes
✔ Train employees at all levels – from operators to management – on Lean methodologies
✔ Organize and lead Kaizen workshops and other efficiency-driven activities
✔ Mentor and support teams in implementing change
✔ Monitor project outcomes and report to company leadership

Proven experience in Lean management and implementing improvement projects in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of TPS, 5S, Kaizen, and Six Sigma, with the ability to explain them to diverse audiences
Skilled in leading workshops and motivating teams to embrace change
Independent, proactive, and willing to travel frequently across Europe
Fluent in English (B2+); additional languages are an advantage
Green Belt certification is a plus, but hands-on experience and a results-driven mindset matter most
