Manage the sales pipeline to drive margin growth
Provide 24-month forecasts in line with the IBP process
Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Support new product introductions and phase-outs
Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service and efficiency
Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Požadujeme
Proficiency in Korean and English (knowledge of the Czech language is a great advantage)
3–5 years of experience in sales within the automotive or other manufacturing sectors
Strong proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel) and SAP
Effective communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
