Communicate with clients across the EMEA region to resolve inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records in the SAP ERP system.
Požadujeme
Proficiency in SAP ERP (or relevant SAP modules).
Fluent English at a C1/C2 level or native proficiency.
Previous experience in client communication and customer care.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Proficiency in Spanish or Italian at C1 level or higher.
