Požadujeme
Professional-level English (strong verbal and written communication skills)
Hands-on professional experience with Java and SQL – we are seeking candidates with practical, work-based knowledge; academic experience alone is not sufficient
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities
Customer-focused, adaptable to various tasks (phone, chat, handling technical cases), and comfortable managing requests over the phone
Background in support, software development, or IT is a plus
Additional European language skills are a plus
