Pracovní náplň
- Achieve sales and profitability targets by developing new business and expanding relationships with existing automotive customers
- Manage the sales pipeline to drive margin growth
- Provide 24-month forecasts in line with the IBP process
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Support new product introductions and phase-outs
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in service and efficiency
- Work closely with internal teams to achieve business objectives
Požadujeme
- Proficiency in Korean and English (knowledge of the Czech language is a great advantage)
- 3–5 years of experience in sales within the automotive or other manufacturing sectors
- Strong proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel) and SAP
- Effective communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently
