Communicating with clients and providing support throughout the order process
Collaborating closely with internal teams (supply chain, procurement, finance)
Addressing customer inquiries and ensuring high-quality service
Serving as a key point of contact between clients and various internal departments
Požadujeme
Fluency in English and Dutch (spoken and written)
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a significant advantage
Ability to solve problems independently and manage time effectively
A team player attitude and willingness to collaborate with different departments
