Credit Risk Manager / Consumer Finance Praha

For our client, stable and growing financial institution, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Credit Risk Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of credit risk management, and exceptional communication abilities in both English (C1) and Czech (B2).

Responsibilities:
•
• Conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments, utilizing your minimum 4 years of experience in the field
• Utilize advanced data analysis tools such SQL and Excel at an advanages level
• Demonstrate outstanding negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with managers at all levels, including top management
• Ensure a strong grasp of Czech regulations and laws pertaining to credit risk management
• Showcase proven analytical abilities to assess and mitigate credit risks effectively
• Previous experience in collections, finance, or credit-related roles is advantageous
• Exhibit strong leadership skills to provide direction and mentorship to the team

Qualifications:
•
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in credit risk management is a must (from banking/retail, fintech, customer finance, loans)
• Fluent in English (C1) and proficient in Czech (B2)
• Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• In-depth knowledge of Czech regulations and laws related to credit risk management
• Proven analytical skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in collections
