Business Developer - with Civil Engineering Background Praha

Finding business opportunities within Bridges Repair/Reconstraction projects
Expanding the scope of projects from partial reconstruction to full reconstruction/repair
Collaborating on technical solutions, including coordination with technical centers - to propose to clients during tenders
Ensuring that the provided project documentation aligns with system solutions
Preparing cost estimates based on project documentation and drafting proposals
Preparing contracts
Managing a database of monitored projects
Creating company presentations
Collaborating with the production department and other employees
Representing the brand in a solid and loyal manner

Location: Prague, and travelling across Czech Republic incld.
Start date: Flexible, based on agreement

Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction industry
Advanced proficiency in Czech and English
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and AutoCAD
Valid driver's license (Category B)
Minimum required education: Bachelor's Degree
