Experienced HR profesional for a manufacturing company (40 - 50 000 Kč + bonuses)

• Provide support to the HR and Accounting departments, including managing onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, attendance tracking, payroll preparation, and related tasks
• Lead recruitment processes, candidate selection, and maintain relevant documentation and records.
• Manage HR needs of current employees and address their concerns
• Actively participate in recruitment activities and talent acquisition
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the HR department is aligned with the company's needs
• Prepare and maintain HR-related reports
