(Senior) Product Manager Praha

Key responsibilities
• Conducting market research and applying its results to the product strategy
• Creating and maintaining the product roadmap
• Identifying key product features based on market trends, company goals, and customer feedback
• Collaborating with the development team, preparing clear briefs, and setting realistic deadlines
• Ensuring continuous testing and smooth product launches
• Providing the marketing team with necessary information
• Monitoring sales and adjusting the sales strategy based on data analysis
• Overseeing the product lifecycle and suggesting potential improvements or discontinuations.
• Defining and achieving OKRs (Objectives and Key Results)
• Enhancing customer experience and optimizing our systems (e.g., admin panel, website, CRM, billing system)


Desired qualifications and experience
• At least 3 years (5+ years preferred) of relevant experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital-first projects with proven success in launching new products.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
• Ability to create data models and present them to non-technical audiences
• Solid grasp on UX (for website / admin panel design)
• Proficiency with such tools as Jira, Trello, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Ability to communicate complex matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with online products such as domains or web hosting is an advantage
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak, and in English (written and spoken)
