What You'll Be Working On:
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of ape 15 healthcare product specialists supporting customers from CZ, SK, and HU.
- Talent Management: Handle talent acquisition, recruiting, leadership,coaching, and employee development.
- Operational Oversight: Manage patient/customer service operations within assigned markets.
- Planning and Scheduling: Oversee operations planning, shift scheduling, work distribution, and control.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure team and service quality, compliance, and customer service performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the hub on other markets when needed.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
Who You Are:
- Language Skills: Fluent in Czech or Slovak, plus English (additional languages are a plus).
- Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading people.
- Contact Center Expertise: Experience with shared services or contact center operations, ideally within 24/7 customer service.
- Accountability: Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively report upwards.
- Self-Motivated: A proactive, self-developing attitude.
